From "Herefordshire Register of Countryside Treasures" (1981 H&WCC): "Oldbury Camp, Much Marcle Roughly oval-shaped Iron-age hill fort of approximately 17.5 acres (7 ha) whose defences have, unfortunately, been mostly ploughed out. Location On top of and at S end of Ridge Hill and about 1.5 miles W of Much Marcle Parish Church. Public footpath runs along ridge on W side with minor road skirting E boundary."
