Fieldnotes
| The second crannog in Loch Borrolan is just to the north west of the motel and can be seen clearly from the road. With dry boots on I tried to wade across, in an effort to find a causeway, but eventually the water became to deep so giving up proved the best option. It is small site, about 6m wide to my eyes and about 15m from the loch's banks. Another nice site. Visited 16/10/2020. |
