Historic hill at risk of being removed from landscape"An entire hill, famed for its archeological heritage and geological significance, is to be removed from the Scottish skyline to make way for a quarry under plans being considered by West Dunbartonshire Council. | This is very close to the Greenland engravings which were pretty spectacular and removed due to quarrying ,if they can get away with removing a fort even the discovery of new rock art won't stop them . |
