| Knockshee Cairn Perfect shaped, small round Mountain-top Cairn in Ballintur Upper Townland. Over 9m in diameter and 1.2m high. It’s been sadly damaged several times over the years by our friends the cross-builders. Last time I looked it had been removed. On one occasion it was burned because it was a Catholic cross...fun..fun...pity about the ancient Cairn. |
