Thanks tsc. I've got a new camera recently, nothing fancy, just a point and click. I like this photo, not because I think it is a great shot but because I had fun taking it. Sometimes I go to megalithic sites not really knowing how to feel/act when I'm there. I walk round circles and cairns like I would a church or art galley. Feelings of quiet wonder. I left this site thinking 'I had fun at a stone circle' and that was a nice thought to have.

I know exactly what you mean about visits and indeed it is a nice thought to have.

I think your pics are excellent anyway, so a new camera sounds like we're in for some treats.

Yep bladup I've been a few times. It's a lovely site to visit after a walk on Mormond Hill. Not been at sunrise / sunset, sounds like a plan.
