Best way .

I had just got back from a day near Schiehallion .
I've posted a couple of pics , same stone ?

I was aware of the myriad rock art sites around Loch Tay and the mighty Lawers from last year, but not the stuff around Schiehallion due to the old charity shop OS map. But I am now, as they say. Something special was going on around here back then, wasn't it?

Assume you and people such as Ken use specific lenses to capture the detail? Reckon I've a bit of learning to do.

I've found a few in the Schiehallion in the past few years see below ,and there was the Braes of Foss and maybe another 6-8 recorded previously but it doesn't have the significant numbers of Strathtay and Loch Tay .

I'm just a snapper so no special lenses . Ken is the pro . This is not a good time of year , sun tends to be high quite early so very early and late is better for the shadows plus a bit of water on the markings helps bring them out . Sometimes you can be looking at very clear markings and what cones out is a relatively flat surface so all you can do is return in winter .
