If it's personal anecdotes you're after, then just take a look at the entries here for the sites you mentioned. There's a wealth of personal experience in the entries which you could draw upon.
Don't forget though, that copyright in the photos and text here rests with the contributors, so any direct copying would be frowned upon. Having said that, we're mainly a friendly bunch here so feel free to ask any specific questions and I'm sure they'll be answered.
