Aplogies if this has been looked at. William Camden mentioned star stones, and I came across this today:

Gentleman's Magazine 1794, Vol. 64 p. 505: star stones on Baden Hill 1 mile west of Stratford on an estate of Lord Beauchamp and near village of Shottery.

Anyone know anything about star stones or this hill ?
