I missed the first 15 mins, and think I've seen it before, but it was quite enjoyable! Apart form the dodgy re-enactments... ;o)

I liked the bit where it showed the sun positions over the year, and the monthly lunar cycles. Very interesting...

Anyone seen this uploaded anywhere ? UKNova is a blank so far, but I've picked up some US melodramatic [cue Blue Stratos voice] 'This is how it was done' stuff elsewhere that should be repetitive and underinformed.

Strange programme...Mike Pitts at Stanton Drew being interviewed, but no mention of it all the way through.

It looked like a documentary based on Bernard Cornwell's book at times too. A [yet again] simplified version including Bluestones that weren't onsite at the time, no Slaughter stone or partner, no Heelstone partner, no mention of Station stones...shame they always have to dumb stuff down, rather than put a bit more effort in and try to answer more obvious questions.

But then, who'd watch it about from a few weirdy-beardies...like me ;)
