Any one know if it was delivered and the gist of it?...

Behave! This has only been doing the rounds for 5 years, they have to bleed every penny out of it before they finally give it up. Imagine there are people in Government who take over a thing like this and retire having handed it over to someone else without having done a damned thing.

I nearly swore then...
