while all these duplicate sites are being deleted, I thought it'd be worth pointing out that a lot of the sites listed on here as being in Aberdeenshire actually aren't! The problem is that Aberdeenshire is the name of the council, but is also the former county name. What is included in the council area also includes parts of other old counties (such as Kincardineshire).

Which is it that TMS follows? Because Perthshire on TMA for example is the old county, the new council being Perth & Kinross (encompassing some, but not all, of Perthshire, Kinross-shire, and some of the old Stirlingshire!). This really is a can of worms though...........
