East Kennet Mystery

Driving through East Kennet today,going out of the village South .I spotted a small circle of Sarcens in what appeared to be a private garden.
Any info anyone?

I know just the stones you are talking about. They are local sarcens, erected some time in the last 20 years. I too spotted them after (attempting) to visit East Kennet long barrow. I was walking back to Avebury and stopped to check out the stones, and a villager told me about them.

Griff,

I've seen that same circle as well. So, out of curiosity I checked it out and it is owned by the folks who live across the road and they built it themselves.
