Help is urgently needed at Higher Penance Farm, St Stephens Rd, St Austell, Cornwall. Activists have occupied the farm in order to protect an Iron Age hill fort and the farm which will be buried in waste from Imerys (china clay manufacturers). Activists face eviction from the farm today (25/08). Please come aand be merry by the beach as well as doing your bit to save the planet, innit. What's the argument behind this one - preservation by burial?

JUst a quick question or two. How many known Iron Age hill forts are there in the area? Has this one ever been excavated?
