Scary that it should have fallen to him. Although nominal owner he has no more rights over it than you and I, and is merely acting as a concerned member of the public, whereas the whole of the duty of guardianship has been statutorily vested in you know who and they obviously see no reason to be the appellants.
On the other hand, I wonder if there are traces of their malign and secretive hands in this...

No longer a Public Inquiry. Now just a hearing. So, no more danger that ruffians might attend and say mean things about the Quango.

Soz Nigel, I'm being thick and lazy on here today (no change there) coz I'm working hard at work (!).

What are they actually planning to do if the appeal is unsuccessful? (I'm sure I should know already, but...!)
