That's a great idea.

Interesting, on a recent visit to the Drumtroddan Stones there was a plaque inviting visitors to send there pictures of the water pools formed in the fallen stones so that they could monitor changes over time

Oh I do like this. I've wondered for some time about the possibilities around crowdsourced images, 3d generation from still images, and the passing of time.

Apart from being wonderful to see say 50 years of human/animal/climate intervention pass by your eyes, the possibilities for conservation - as described here - are marvellous.

If we can just crack time travel we can go get images from the past and unlock the lot :-)
