Transfer images between sites

Nucleus and myself are trying to tidy up a few of the German sites and I need to transfer images from sites I set up before deleting the site. At the moment I cant find any other way other than reposting them, does anyone know if there is a better method?

That's excellent, thank you. If you've not done the swaps already, if you want to give a list of the posts numbers and the site numbers you want them to go to, I could do it relatively easily.
For example,
a picture in Nebel 2 and you want it in Nebel 1:
168269 to 19517

I see Ed has responded already, but you may not know that you can move posts between sites by clicking the "edit" link on the photo. You just need to enter the correct site number into the New Site ID field and click "update".
