moss stumbled on this yesterday. Got us thinking that, for millennia, we were a species were ‘touch’ was maybe as important as our other senses. I’m thinking of the hours that must have gone into making a well-crafted stone axe head for example; flaking it, turning it over in your hands, testing the edge with your thumb. Then we started getting all sophisticated with book-learning, philosophy, fancy music etc ;-)

Well, maybe I’m just fantasising all of that but it struck me just how important the sense of touch is as shown in the video. Back to basics via some amazing technology.

Whatever, enjoy :-)

Really like it, thanks. Can't help thinking of all those sticky finger marks all over everything and everywhere though. If this is the future then I suggest buying shares in Windex, or other glass cleaning products now, and get set for a happy retirement!

What a horrendous vision of the future.

I'm getting old.
