we noticed you have removed the Toothill site - although you've made reference to a longbarrow you have discovered in Bolton in a few forum posts. is this because you no longer consider it to be a valid site? after visiting it again, it does seem pretty unlikely.

you have referred to a bronze age burial mound nearby. is that the mound in the back garden of the stone cottage at the end of harvey street? that at least seems possible though it's difficult to tell without access - what makes you think it is?

Which skills do you use to decide whether sites are ancient or not?

I need the support of professionals - I've spent far too long disputing with people on here about archaeology to consider repeating those follies.
