"Mystical force stirs spoon-bender Geller to splash out on 'pyramid of the Forth"

Sometimes, just sometimes, it is impossible to understand what 'moves' people to purchase flights of fancy... Geller has fallen for an improbable tale told by a 15th century monk in a book called 'Scotichronicon' and bought a small island called off the Scottish coast. read here...

Its the keystone to British mythology, or perhaps his career has taken a downward turn.......

This is an interesting story and the first I've heard about Uri Geller in quite a few years. It seems that at £30,000 he got a bargain as the current owner originally wanted £75,000. In today's financial climate and with interests rates almost zilch, his money is now 'rock-solid' - sounds like a good investment to me.

I found some images of The Lamb and whilst not exactly pyramid shaped it is 'mound like', uninhabitable, and being a Site of Special Scientific interest very unlikely to ever get planning permission for even a shed.

You probably already know Moss, it is flanked by two 'sheep dogs', North and South Dog Islands.

I was just by cramond village yesterday and looking accross the Forth- little did i know that Geller had bought one of the islands- they would always have been important for sea farers from around europe- perhaps africa- on their way up the forth. And if Arthurs seat is a Lion- a natural and much larger version of the Sphynx then Edinburghs natural rock forms are the inspiration for the giza complex...probably

Cool !
