1. take generic sport shirt made in indonesian sweat shop for a dollar
2. put a 'Tommy Hilfinger' logo on it
3. sell for 30 dollars

Draw out your hill figure on paper and draw a grid over the top of it.

Peg out your land into squares and using sand, transfer the drawing on paper to sand sprinkled on the ground. Get digging, pack with chalk, sit back, light yer pipe and admire yer handiwork.
