I have copy of AC Smiths' book for sale
'British & R*m*n Antiquities of the North Marlborough Downs' 1883.
This is the edition with both volumes together and is in excellent condition.
Julian Cope had a special rucksack made so he could carry his copy around while fieldwalking in Wiltshire.

If people think they can buy this book for £20 they haven't read it! If you're into Avebury and North Wiltshire's stone-zone do this guy and yourself a favour and cough up well over £250 .... most of the first edition copy run was burnt and much of the second given away as a prize .... it is getting as rare as the proverbial hens teath!

PLEASE NOTE : if anyone has a Stukeley, Colt H, A C Smith or John Dee knocking around for £20 ..... LET ME KNOW!
