Corn Du

Cairn(s)

Corn Du (Cairn(s)) by GLADMAN Ha! All those people climbing a mountain just to visit a Bronze Age cairn. If you think about it... the assertion is actually true, whether they realise it or not! The slightly higher Pen y Fan rises beyond, its funerary cairn also sited at the northern apex (top left in the image] of its summit plateau. The viewpoint is the prosaically named Bwlch Duwynt (Windy Pass). It was.
