Danes Hills (Barrow / Cairn Cemetery) by robokid View along the barrow. Not overly obvious, although when compared with the rest of the terrain it is very different. Now overgrown and riddled with burrows, this particular area felt very strange indeed, very heavy and not at all like the other mound we encountered.

This long barrow is marked on older ordnance survey maps, but no the current ones. Posted by robokid
