Interesting uploads these. Good to see now what I didn't really notice back then, thanks.

Definitely seems that Man has a small hill cairn with kerb thing going on across the island.

I think it's quite possible that these are small-diameter BA cairns that have maybe been added to by visitors/pilgrims over the millenia. I've realised the reason they look so unlike most upland cairns I see in Wales or SW England is because they are conical and show no sign of either robbing or the curse of shelter building.
