Bwlch Cowlyd (Cairn(s)) by GLADMAN Looking down upon the prehistoric landscape around Bwlch Cowlyd from the hostile summit of Creigiau Gleision.... there are a number of cairns/cists in the immediate locale, perhaps suggesting a focus upon the quartzite outcrops of Cregiau Gleision? Or Pen Llithrig y Wrach itself? The striking 3,000ft dragon back of Tryfan can be seen beyond, centre.
