Devil's Dyke and the Slad (Plateau Fort) by Kammer Taken 26th April 2003: This is the end of the pond that runs on to the south of the Slad. In my opinion this is what remains of the defensive ditch as it runs around to the south, eventually to join up with western defences (aka Devil's Dyke).
