Excellent, looks like it has been there forever, even landscaped slightly with the smaller stones. Notice the striated lines on the left stone, heard about those from elsewhere, did you get a photo maybe? moss Posted by moss

June, don't know if you'll be with car, but if not, the bus from Camborne to Praze-an-Beeble (45?) will get you pretty close (c. 1 mile), or the bus to Troon a similar distance in the other direction.

Moss, yes. But there's a better example of apparently man-made lines/grooves on one of the other stones in the field (not part of the quoit). I'll post some pics once I get myself organised!
