Meldon Burn (Ancient Village / Settlement / Misc. Earthwork) by GLADMAN Retrospective of the exquisite location of the 'settlement' struggling up the ludicrously steep western flank of (hill fort and cairn crowned) White Meldon. The peak opposite is Black Meldon, also surmounted by hill fort.
