| Visited 11.12.11 The stone can be found inserted into the church porch entrance on the left. The stone is approximately 1.8 metres high and certainly looks out of place amid the more 'normal' stone work. Directly in front of the stone is the head stone of Hugh Thomas 1734. As an aside, when in Corwen don't miss the opportunity so see the fantastic statue of Owain Gyndwr on the main road outside the newsagent. It really is impressive. |
