That brought back memories Sweetcheat, thank you;) times I have walked down that green lane to check on the wild flowers in the barrow meadow, orchids, cowslips and many others. There is a badger holt in the corner of the field, and that old lane is glorious in summer.	Posted by moss 23rd February 2014ce

Preferred it with trees, they have pollarded the other one I see in a particularly unimaginative way losing all sense of balance, farmers are not gardeners, but I suppose less damage by roots...	Posted by moss 25th February 2014ce
