I visited the settlements you mention looking for the sadly underwhelming cist. There are 7 cairns on that side , Jeremy Butler , Dartmoor Atlas of Antiquities , Volume Four , The Southeast map 57. One is a possible ring cairn and there are 2 very close together. I would say you are correct and these are cairns in the photo. Hope that is helpful. Thanks Lubin.
