remodelled kerb at the Pikestones....!

I wonder who has taken it upon themselves to decide what this site should look like? Recently an unauthorised modern kerb has appeared around the chamber, constructed out of the stones scattered over the cairn site.
This is totally unacceptable and could be construed as vandalism (albeit well-meant no doubt) not unlike the carving of the spiral and the subsequent attempt.
Whilst the new kerb may look quite nice (?) it has no firm basis archaeologically & the worry is that future generations may come to view it as original, when it is nothing of the sort.
Sadly the internet is a double-edged sword, in that while encouraging serious study via sites such as this, it has also been responsible for unwarranted and unwelcomed casual attentions at sites such as Pikestones.
