The Village Pump
The Environment Agency has Lidar data for England and Wales that they make freely available. See
http://environment.data.gov.uk/ds/survey/#/survey
Unfortunately their equivalent in Scotland (the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, SEPA) do not make similar data freely available for Scotland.
If you are willing to pay, you can purchase high resolution Lidar data from this company:
