| Many thanks for the kind words! My book is now on sale in all the independent bookshops near Avebury - Devizes Books, White Horse in Marlborough, The Henge Shop & NT Shop in Avebury etc, as well as online. The Exploring Avebury website is also up & running: http://exploringavebury.com/ I had much more material, notes, refs etc than could be fitted into an affordable book, so 3/4 of it was removed before publication. All that material is now on the website for other Avebury researchers to access for free. There is a huge amount of info, inc Rev AC Smith's hand-drawn maps from the 1880s and loads of geological stuff, inc 1600 photos of sarsen stone and descriptions of every Avebury stone.
