Yes, the stone the capstone rests on isn't meant to have the capstone on it at all, it's odd that it rests so well on it, the only way to explain it would be that the builders planned it to land like that if it collapsed, they were clever but to plan for a collapse is maybe pushing it, i think the stone the boy in the photo is against has been moved.
