That's a subjective position though, which would depend entirely upon your interpretation of the social contract. I don't interpret it as requiring a dogmatic adherence to every single rule on every single occasion, therefore I am not breaking the social contract. Unless you can find somewhere where the social contract is etched in stone, then it's simply a matter of individual philosophy.
