I'm guessing there's a land registry in Devizes? Thanks for highlighting this H-F. I noticed on the OS map there are a number tumulus around that area as well as the bridleway. Do you know if anything has happened to these at all? Do you have any photo's of the damage? It could be just a temporary measure and the land owner intends to reinstate the bridleway. Either way I would certainly report it just to make sure.
