It's a great way of seeing stuff. Without leaving the confines of the 300 top deck (take a coat, it's a bit fresh!), you can see:

Trencrom Hill (with hillfort)
St Michael's Mount
The Pipers
Merry Maidens (it goes right past and there's a bus stop there)
Tregiffian entrance grave
The Logan Rock pub (for Treryn Dinas cliff castle)
Chapel Carn Brea Hill
Carn Kenidjack
Chun Castle (I don't think you can see the Quoit from the bus)
Watch Croft
Porthmeor standing stone
Giant's Grave chambered tomb

Plus a bunch of wayside crosses at various places.

It goes through St Buryan (for Boscawen-Un) and St Just (for Tregeseal, Ballowall, etc).
