When we know that, "...their profit making strategies include things like taking a couple of thousand quid from Big Brother to make a mockery of the Uffington Horse..." and consent to a film being made showing cyclist riding up and down the Avebury bank and ditch when they themselves have banned such activities.
I'm sure you're right however and I've yet again missed the point ;-)
