There is a regular bus service from Wrexham. It also stops at Rhiwabon (which has a train station) and goes through Llangollen and Corwen. If you want a taxi, you'd better book one, there won't be a taxi rank in Llandrillo!!

We got the bus in January and the driver very obligingly dropped us off at Pont yr Hendwr (on the B4401 between Cynwyd and Llandrillo). We walked up to the circle in the fog, then up to the two northernmost Berwyn summits Pen Bwlch Llandrillo and Moel Fferna. From there we walked back to Cynwyd and caught the bus back to Llangollen. It was a tough walk in all, but the walk up the circle itself is easy enough as it's mostly on tarmac, if a bit steep.
