Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but went to Moel ty Uchaf on Saturday, since I was in the area. What a lovely little circle. Great weather.
Didn't realise it was private land, has a well defined path, which I assumed was public right of way. Ooops.
Must have been a busy day for sheep farming, as loads of activity on the farm. Six workers/farmers passed me at various times, moving sheep with dogs, either on the path, or as I was in the circle. I was respectful and kept out of their way. None said a word, except one who happily returned my "good morning". They were all fine.
Beautiful spot, well worth a visit.
