Hob, you megaracic lunatic. Did you take a pair of waders with you? Or were you holding your carefully folded trousers over your head? Was there no way you could have walked round, or wasn't it like that?* I'm sure the most adventurous thing I've done to reach a site is crawl under fences / splat my way through cow pats. But I'm sure someone can come up with something even worse.
(*I'm sure you were fine, there were no piranhas after all and I expect you can swim. Recent return from fieldtrip = obsession with risk assessments, sorry)
