They're only made of metal - which doesn't last a lot longer than about fifty years (Ironbridge, excepted). Someone suggested that a 1960's French lifestyle would conserve 60% of consumed energy. It's ok. Includes Broadband and gadgets (not many baths though). Nobody ever paints the new wind turbines camouflage.
