To be truthful the exhorbitant property prices in coastal South Ayrshire and nothing to do with any "Trump Effect" since his company bought Turnberry. Been that way for many, many years. I should know I worked in the District Valuer's Office which covered there in the early 1980's. Been a long time time since a 2 bedroom place in Turnberry cost £50,000. You'd be better looking at Kirkoswald or more probably Girvan. Or Stranraer if ye could hack it.
