I've just spoken to the chap from Pembrokeshire County Council and he says they have sent a surveyor out to look at the footpath to Tre Wallter Llwyd.

The surveyor eventually got through to the burial chamber, encountering 'some difficulty with barbed wire'. He spoke to the land owner, and this path is now marked for improvement! The work should take place over the next couple of months.

I've heard nothing from Cadw, so I'll chase that up next.
