It seems Wiltshire council are attempting to get permission from the courts to close the Drove running past Stonehenge. Many of us feel this is wrong, and are urging people to contact Wiltshire council with their opposition to this plan. You can email [email protected] to explain why you think it is wrong to close the drove. We need as much support as possible to stop them from closing this ancient byway which has had public access for thousands of years. Closing the byway also closes the one last place where it is possible to see the stones without paying!
