With the greatest respect, we have plenty of evidence for the use of post holes etc showing sophisticated use of wood etc, and many demonstrated systems for moving huge stones. The onus is far more on the believers in megalithic aliens or that sites were built using supernatural forces, to show any shred of evidence for why they believe it.
