I am a research archaeologist, until March 2008 fiedwork director of the South Cadbury Environs Project, which I founded in 1992 with Paul Johnson. The project continues to study the landscape around Cadbury Castle hillfort, Somerset under its new director, Clare Randall and its website is due to be re-launched on 21st June 2008 under its old domain name of www.southcadbury.org.uk.
My book, 'Cadbury Castle: The hillfort and landscapes', on the project's work upto 2007 is appearing from Tempus in August 2008.
My other pulbished work is poetry and I publish and edit Lobby Press (www.taborpoet.co.uk).
