Called in today to gather a little more info.
The row consists of seven stones in total, six standing and one toppled with none above 1m high.
Aligned NW / SE and running alongside the track that leads right up to the (now empty) reservoir, i'm amazed these stones haven't been carted off as they are so conveniently placed.
At one end of the row there's a linear earthen / stone mound that runs downhill to Bar brook, i've no idea if it has any connection to the stone row.

You could almost have missed the row today as the bracken was so high but if you do decide to visit you'll easily find the stones once your upon them, though if you want to take photographs that do it justice a winter visit is advised.

Though mentioned elsewhere on TMA i feel this site warrants a category of it's own instead of being a footnote in the Barbrook 1 posts, it's not like Derbyshire has many other similar sites, this is the only one i know of. !

You'll find the stone row 100 metres along the path from Barbrook 1, you can't miss it.
I need to gather more info on the site but i'll stick a few pics up for now.
