Ooh, nice day for it Drew. That's a decent sized cairn, is the chamber completely ruined? thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

Last night, it was Baltic. No chamber I'm afraid, I wonder if the dug out bit contained anything, sadly we'll never know. drewbhoy Posted by drewbhoy

Presumably it contained Tam? thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

The hill this is on is known as the Gallow Hill so I'm going to assume this was a place of execution and Tam carried out the executing. A nearby wood is also named after him. Good views to Hill Of Alvah (2 cairns) near Banff, Hill Of Cairns near Rothiemay and Mither Tap. drewbhoy Posted by drewbhoy
